Hey pet lovers! In honor of National Pet Month, Park View is gearing up to make a difference by collecting donations of pet supplies throughout May.
If you'd like to lend a hand to furry friends in need, swing by your nearest Park View branch to make a contribution.
All collected supplies will benefit the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA.
Needed Items
Below is a list of items the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA is currently in need of. They kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing pet food, as they are able to obtain it at a more affordable price through bulk purchases.
For Cats
- Small treats
- Pill pockets
- Stuffed mice
- Jingle balls
- Wand toys
- Litter
- Nail clippers
- Pet feeding nipples
- Cat pans
- Kitten milk replacer powder
- Food scale
- Litter scoop
- Nurser bottle for smaller baby animals (2 oz)
For Dogs
- Small or breakable treats for training
- Tough toys such as Kongs, Nylabones, etc.
- Collars, leashes, harness (front or back clip) in sizes medium and large (nylon or cloth only please, no leather)
- Pill pockets
- Puzzle feeders
- Frisbees
- Nail clippers
