Park View Scholarships

Park View is dedicated to making a positive impact on our members and improving the their financial lives. What better way to fulfill this purpose than by helping our members further their education?

Park View is committed to supporting higher education and encouraging the academic success of today's youth.

With this commitment in mind, we are awarding two $500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors and one $500 scholarship to a full-time working professional pursuing an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree.

High School Senior Scholarship

2 Scholarships Available

Park View will award a $500 one-time scholarship to 2 graduating high school seniors. The funds can be applied to an accredited college or university, trade, or vocational school.

Working Adult Scholarship

1 Scholarship Available

Park View will award a $500 one-time scholarship to 1 full-time working professional currently enrolled full or part-time in an accredited college or university, trade, or vocational school.

Qualification Requirements

High School Application

  • Applicant must be a Park View member in good standing.¹
  • Applicant must be a high school senior and graduating in the current calendar year.
  • Applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate degree or certification at an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school during the 2024 academic year.
  • Park View employees, committee members, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Adult Scholarship

  • Applicant must be a Park View member in good standing.¹
  • Applicant must be a full-time working professional.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree or certification at an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school during the 2024 academic year.
  • Park View employees, committee members, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Selection

Judging is based on the written essay. The essay is judged on content, creativity and clarity.

The 2024 prompt: Park View’s purpose is to be our members trusted financial partner throughout their life journey. How do you envision a trusted financial partner (or institution), like Park View, supporting you throughout your life journey? Share specific ways in which having a reliable financial partner could positively impact your educational and career goals.

Scholarship winners and non-winners will be notified personally in April of the award year. Winners may be asked to stop by a Park View branch to take a photo for publication in our membership newsletter, website and social media.

Note: Financial need of the applicant and the income of the applicant's family are not factors considered in applicant evaluations.
